We assign every account an alternative FTP address and URL so you can upload your files and check your site before your domain is pointed to our servers. The alternative FTP address and URL will be immediately available when your account is setup.

You can find the alternative FTP and URL in the "Account Info/Edit" section of the Control Panel.

Once you are satisfied, you can update your domain's name servers and your domain should resolve to our servers in 24 to 72 hours.
