How can I enable ASP.NET 2.0, 3.5 or 4.0 on my web site hosted at DiscountASP.NET?

You can switch the ASP.NET version for your website in real-time using the ASP.NET Version Chooser tool in the IIS Tools section of your Control Panel.

Note that when you switch the ASP.NET Version:
  • The selected ASP.NET Version applies to your entire web site.
  • Your ASP.NET 1.1 applications may not function under ASP.NET 2.0 or higher.

Seconded; how do you take a 2/3/3.5 site to 4.0?

    There is no 4.0 version in the options there is only

    How can I change to 4.0?

        If your account is on an IIS6 server you will not have the 4.0 option. You have to migrate to an IIS7 server to use .NET 4.0.
