How do I configure reporting service to allow additional users access?

  1. Create Additional user in Reporting Service 2008 Manager
  2. Log onto the Reporting Service Web Interface (Reporting Service URL) with the primary user.
  3. Navigate to /[account_username]/Reports folder
  4. Click Properties Link (Top Navigation)
  5. Click Security Link (Left Navigation
  6. Click New Role Assignment
  7. Enter the Additional username in the “Group or user name” text box
  8. Select the roles you wish to assign this user.
  9. Click OK
