How to Retrieve the Username/Password for Master Control Panel

This article is for the Master Control Panel.   See this Knowledge Base article for username/password retrieval for the regular hosting Control Panel.

If you need the Master Control Panel Password

Go to the Master Control Panel at https://master.discountasp.net and use the "Forgot your Password?" password retrieval system.  Enter your Master Control Panel email address and the password will be sent to you.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk/bulk email folder.   If you are using spam filters, you may want to whitelist the DiscountASP.NET domain name.

If you need the Master Control Panel Username and Password

If you forget both your Master Control Panel username and password, you will have to create a new Master Control Panel login.  Since the Master Control Panel is associated with multiple hosting accounts, we cannot resend or reset the Master Control Panel login.

How to Log into Multiple Control Panels with One Login

We have an account binding system that allows you to bind multiple hosting accounts so that each individual account can be accessed with one Control Panel login.

Master Account Binding System

To access, visit: https://master.discountasp.net
To set up: Click "Create a New Master Account"
- Your Master Account username will be an email address, which you provide when creating a new Master Account.
- You must complete an email address verification to complete the Master Account setup. Check your email right away to validate, without closing the Master Account setup browser window.

Binding Multiple Accounts

Log in to: https://master.discountasp.net
Go to the "Bind A Hosting Accoun" tab
Enter the Username/Password/Other Info for each individual hosting account

Managing Bound Accounts

To edit/delete bound accounts, go to https://master.discountasp.net
Go to the "Bound Account List/Manager" tab

Accessing Multiple Control Panels

Go to the Control Panel log in page: https://my.discountasp.net
Rather than using your individual hosting account username, use your master email address as your username.
Once you are logged in you can toggle between the bound accounts using the drop down selector.

How to Retrieve a Lost Account or Control Panel Username or Password

If the primary email address and/or username is known, use the applicable link on the Control Panel login page:

Forgot your Login: All usernames associated with the primary email address entered will be sent to it.

Forgot your password: A link to reset the password for the entered username will be sent to the primary email address.

If you would prefer to have the welcome letter, which contains the account username, resent to the primary email address, please send the request via email to the Technical Support Department: support@discountasp.net.   Please include the domain name of the account you wish to access.   The welcome letter can only be sent to the primary email address.

Note: This assumes that you have access to retrieve email for the primary email address you specified in your contact information.   Please also make sure to check your Spam/Junk/Bulk email folder for email.   If you are using spam filters, please whitelist the DiscountASP.NET domain name if possible.

If you do not have access to the primary email address, then we will require authentication of the account information request.  To begin the authentication process, send an email to billing@discountasp.net or support@discountasp.net requesting your account information.  Please include your account domain name.
